Watercolour Animals for the Absolute Beginner (Absolute Beginner Art)

Only started watercolour painting two years ago and found Mathew palmer artist on line, what a brilliant book and fantastic products his website has, have purchased a great deal of them. Great new book with pull out traceable sheets to make life a lot easier as I am rubbish at drawing.

If you want to learn to paint animals this is the book for you. It’s easy to follow, and has the most fantastic outline drawings for you to copy/trace. The step by step instructions are very clear. I have every book Matthew Palmer has written but this is far the best. Follow instructions and you will produce a beautiful animal painting when you finish. Well done Matthew Palmer I’m looking forward to the next one.

Fantastic book with great step by step and easy to follow instructions, I was very happy with the painting I achieved. The book contains outlines so that you can transfer the drawing onto your paper which is great if you're not very confident with drawing, this is not my first matthew palmer book and won't be the last

This is a fantastic book. It has all the drawings in it so it helps everyone. You can then follow the step by step instructions to painting the animals. Gradually working my way through the book. Love the Panda even if mine did look a bit grumpy when I had finished. Others said he had character. Would highly recommend this book

Wonderful book with easy to follow instructions.Takes you step by step through the artwork in it. Great value, can't wait to do more of the paintings.I've only been painting a month or so and i can't believe the work I'm producing with Matthews guidance throughout the book.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Received my new book much thicker than I expected very high quality material and the content really does not disappoint. Great detail on every page you turn and you can almost hear Matthew's voice as you start each new chapter. Great value and great tutorials. This is such an amazing book. There are really clear step-by-step pictures and instructions to create your own watercolours. It is really easy to follow and sketches are also available for tracing if desired. A fantastic purchase for beginners or more experienced artists.
