Missing Pieces
3 missing pieces. I took my time finishing this, worked on it for a few months only to be disappointed at the end. Not happy with the purchase.

Unhelpful customer service
This was a present from my daughter. It took several months to complete but heading towards the finish was exciting! I was apprehensive at the start as I found an extra edge piece. However at the end I had 2 pieces to fit one space - see photo - only problem was that neither fitted.Because the company advertised ’a missing piece replacement service’ my daughter contacted them. They immediately gave her a customer number. Then they asked for code number, then barcode number then a lot code starting with ODLA. We stumbled on the lot code. Photographed and sent every number inside and outside the box!The last chance for proof (?) was to cut the barcode off the box, stick it on a postcard and send to company. There was a choice of mailing it to the main company in Italy whom she contacted first or a UK subsidiary. I tried phoning but everything led back to the website with UK office. With time and money spent chasing phoning or posting ‘evidence’ it might prove easier to buy another puzzle. However can they guarantee it would be complete?
