This product really did work, but like the previous reviews it does cause a lot of gas. It will also upset your stomach after a couple days of use. Additionally, like the other views, you should really watch what you eat because the mixture of both were really really cause you to have a really upset stomach. The last thing I can say do not use any alcohol with this product.
