Great for bicycles
So I actually use these to secure my bike tires to its frame to the bike rack so that the wheels just don’t spin freely and it works perfectly for that so if you have a bike rack that is a trunk style bike rack and I was using zip ties before this. Great Velcro straps for cable management!
Great Velcro straps for managing cable and organizing wires and power cords! I have bought 3 packs of these and keep some spare ones in my tool box! Highly recommended!

Strapped for usability...
Quality is OK, but not high end. Biggest problem is the location of where the hooks and loops parts are sewn on. Both on the same side does not let the strap wrap around objects and then fasten. Even looping back is problematic, as hook strip length is only about 2.5". Loop strip is the full length as it should be. With a plastic (cheap looking, easy to break?) "Buckle" which is just a loop of plastic. I'll find a use for them, but they are unusable for the strapping project I had in mind.
