Love it
It is fantastic. It holds 3t it can be plugged up to three different devices and it’s got wires to plug into them, but the wires are attached to the device so you don’t have to worry about losing them and when you’re done, they just tuck right inside to the device and if it’s in the Palm of your hand. it is great. I had a technician here working on my Wi-Fi and I showed it to him and he even thought it was great. He said that was awesome. I said yeah I know it is so cool. I was used to these little things that are about an inch long that you plug into the end of your phone that you’re constantly losing, this you don’t lose big enough. You put it down you know where you put it down at those memory sticks are like yeah I saw that a month ago. Where is it and you never find it so you had to go out and get another one you don’t have to do that , you know that it’s nice . Technology just keeps getting better.

Tried over and over with no luck.
I have tried for weeks to understand this devicesThis unit is not user friendly what so ever.You cannot charge phone while it is downloading so when phone dies so does the upload work.Not sure how to understand and don’t want to send back in the event my data is on it.So trash can it goes.

Works but UI is inefficient
Takes a long time to move files. Batching files takes a very long time and there is a significant lag in refreshing the user interface while batching.

It works on the iPhone 16 pro max!
I asked the question thru your forum if it would work on my new iPhone. It most certainly does and when I plugged it into my phone, an auto message came up to install the app on my phone. Works perfectly and hope it continues this way.

So easy to transfer from your phone.
Very easy to transfer photos videos and other from my phone directly to the external drive I like the cables attached to it for transferring. Wish I had seen this before I have other externals drives but they require a contubernio to monitor and transfer this does it from your phone. I just transferred 7K photos from my phone freeing up space .
