I purchased these as my unit in my SG500 was almost full. I wanted to have it on hand for when I had to change it. When I did change my unit, one of the ones I purchased did not work. It was registering as full. The return window had already closed so I was very disappointed.The seller was kind enough to offer a replacement or a full refund even though only one unit was defective. I opted for a replacement unit, and got a two-pack. I am grateful that they were kind enough to respond and to resolve my issue so speedily. Thank you! I will definitely do business with you again.

For some reason I can’t post the video of me changing the waste tank but it worked. I printed something right after and it the prints look fine and no new alerts. It is compatible with SG500. That’s the one I have. Will be purchasing more from this brand hopefully they don’t discontinue it like they did with the off brand ink.

Greats value for the money completely functional for my sublimation printer. Easy to install and fit the machine like it was name brand. The best part was the money I saved.

These are a fraction the cost of the collection trays I used to order from Heat Press Nation. This is such a good deal, and they are the exact same tray. I use them on my SG800 and have gone through three with no issues.
