Exactly as expected
Holds computer parts, it's cheap, it has no fancy features. Not sure what else you could want for a box on a shelf in a closet. I'm confused why someone was complaining about post height. The posts are high, but they're the correct height for the ports to fit out the rear cutout and for standard height pci-x cards.

Not fancy, but gets the job done well, and very sturdy.
Not fancy at all but then again, it's a server, so it does its job perfectly. I fit in an ATX motherboard, Quadro P4000, and a Noctua NH-L9x65 for the CPU cooler and all fit well. The case itself is very sturdy. The only real issue is that the cable management might be a little messy, because you can't remove the panel underneath the motherboard to wire through there.

ATX motherboard does not fit.
I bought this so I could rack my personal desktop to save space in my home lab. When I received it, the motherboard mounting posts were twice as high as normal and not removable. I have been building PCs since the 90s and have never seen anything like this. Since this is my first rack mounted case I called Rosewill support to at least find out which model case would take a standard ATX motherboard. Apparently Rosewill no longer has a tech support department??!!?? and my only option was to return it. However doing the return through Rosewill direct would force me to pay for the shipping. Initiated a return through Amazon today.

Inconsistent
*****I've bought two different models. Here are reviews for both*****Rosewill 4U Server Chassis: It is not black, it's charcoal. So it doesn't match everything else. Also, you should only use the screws it comes with. The mobo is held in with screws that have a tighter thread, not the typical ones that fit nearly every other motherboard tray in existence. The PSU vents INTO the case rather than out the top or side. All three fans came with three pin connectors.I would not buy this model again.RSV-Z3100U 3U:If you plan on putting six HDDs in the case, be prepared for some pretty high temperatures. They are held in place by two cages that hold three disks each. Problem is, there is only about 1/6 of an inch between the disks. Airflow is crucial here, but luckily there are fans very near.**EDIT: I THOUGHT THE FANS WERE NOT STRONG ENOUGH, TURNS OUT I FORGET TO PLUG THEM IN. ONCE THEY WERE SPINNING THE HDDS STAYED AT ABOUT 35 CELSIUS.**The front panel pin out is not labeled with +/- which means you have a 50/50 shot of your LEDs working when you connect them to your mobo. The HDD cage comes very close to your board, but it does clear. I am using a mini-itx board, so the 24 pin power connector in right in the way of the SATA connector on the lowest left HDD, a 90 degree cable was the solution for this. The handles are removable, which is nice because I don't like them sticking out.the two front 80mm fans were molex connections, not fan connectors. Which is bettor for some users, but not what I needed.I would buy this model again.

Can't put a PSU in
Apparently this is made for custom power supplies. None fit, making this completely worthless.

good for its price
Used it to build a rack server with desktop parts for source control and a few game servers, had more then enough space for me, i also recommend swapping the fans, they are loud xD

Check your dimensions!
This case is extremely well built, unfortunately my components would not fit so I had to return it.I am disappointed, because for the cost it is difficult to find a case at this price and quality. If you need a 3u case this is a no brainer.

Thin, breakable materials
Fragile. Cheap materials.
