Cambridge UK Travel Guide: How to have the best day out in Cambridge, explore the hidden gems and discover local secrets Paperback – 15 Aug. 2022

I visited Cambridge for the weekend to meet up with my partners family. I have been to Cambridge before but not had a chance to explored it, so I really found the authors advice enhanced my enjoyment of this wonderful city. Where to go, what to see, even restaurant recommendations. It was almost as if the author was there with me. So, if you're going to Cambridge, then this gem of a book is a must.

The description says "explore the hidden gems and discover local secrets" and I did not find that the contents gave this sort of insight. Lots about churches, but little about what can be discovered - in the museums, modern buildings, botanical gardens - though there were some website URLs.

For a book that mentions Cambridge photography, I was disappointed to find photos to be in black and white and of poor quality. Besides that, it wasn't overly useful - no map, top places to see, etc.

Love Cambridge and love this book. Great practical tips with hidden gems I had no clue about. I highly recommend this book & can't wait for your next book!

Easy and helpful guide.

This is a perfect travel companion book for exploring Cambridge! I didn't know there was so much more to this historical destination. There are loads of valuable secret insider tips to finding the best resturants, gardens and venues etc.....so exciting! The photography is lovely and I'm really looking forward to using this guidebook upon my next visit!I'd definelty recommend it if you're planning a visit..and maybe if you're a regular visitor, you'll find out more about this fabulous city.
