I went down the rabbit hole looking for a cutting board that was a good wood and not unreasonably priced. After checking out dozens of types of woods and makers (it was a very long rabbit hole), I finally settled on this board. It turns out to be a great choice. It works well for chopping veggies and using as a charcuterie board. I even used it to rest a small pork loin for a few minutes, without needing to pull out our bigger cutting board. It's easy to clean, and I polish it every two months or so to maintain the wood. I'm so happy that my hunting led to this board.

My new cutting board is beautiful and quite a statement piece. Very durable. Wash board, let dry completely and oil it. Mineral oil for food safety. You can get the mineral oil through Amazon as well. Enjoy.

Perfect for quick veggie knife work. Buy the refined coconut oil for initial treatment. Wash board after each use. I have applied a few more coats of the oil. My preference. Use this all the time. Pretty good construction.

Just received it yesterday, so I haven’t used it yet. It’s solid and the wood is beautiful. My only complaint is the measurements include the handle. It isn’t a big deal, but if you are looking for a certain length, please note that the handle is included in that measurement.

Good solid, sturdy product. I have used it as a charcuterie board, so I cannot speak it cutting anything on it but it’s a beautiful product and I would purchase it again.
