If some flavors or sauces were provided, it could be better. Preparation is easy, you don't need to fry it.And feels a bit prict comparing the weight. Overall quality is good.

I am very pleasantly surprised. I used them on top of a salad and also with sauce as a side dish.I like the texture, my husband did not but i am not surprised by that. The taste is good, there is not much flavor so you would use it with spices or sauce.By pros: super low calorie (6 per pouch), sugar free, fat free, gluten free, gmo freeze.The serving size seemed small but it is ok for a side.I will keep eating those for sure!!

I have made these two nights in a row and love them. I especially love the low calories. I did a lot of research first on how to soak them to get rid of any odor and then briefly heat them in the microwave and they are great and satisfies my craving for pasta. I feel for the price, they are a great value and am going to order more again.
