The end of my right fibula protrudes abnormally due to past injury which has made wearing high tops boots or shoes very uncomfortable for the last year. But my ankle replacement dictates that I do. The pads in this product make it possible to wear some of my hiking boots again. I was concerned they wouldn't stay in place but they do. I wear them over a sock which allows them to be used several days without washing. Not being machine washable is the only downside I've found but it's not enough to drop a star due to their great performance.

It helped ease the pain of my Achilles tendinitis. I wear size women 7 shoe. It fit well, it rolled down a little at the ankle but that's understandable because it's one size fits all. I like it because it gives good support but is not think or bulky

It is 1 size fits most. Very comfortable, and took pressure off my Achilles tendon right away. I recommend this product.

These socks caused more pain than I had without them. I noticed where the socks were a little loose on me, it would wrinkle up and put pressure in that area. I thought if I called the company that maybe they had a solution. I explained the problem to customer care and he just said " How can I help you today?". I was surprised he said that. So I asked what my options were, even mentioned some options. He then told me that since I bought them through Amazon, I had to go through Amazon to resolve the issue. I had no problem going back through Amazon. I wanted to problem-solve because my foot doctor told me to buy a product like this.

I had the heel of my figure skates pinched but I was still getting inflammation on the area where the Achilles connects to the heel. These pads completely stopped the pain I felt when flexing or pointing my foot, but I had to play around with the placement. My heels would go numb if I wore them like in the picture. Also, wearing them that way prevented my heel from settling all the way back/down and I slid into the toe box of my skates. The trick is to move them up higher so that the gel starts touching just below the bump area. I get better results using the round end over the bump and the 2-tailed end closer to the top of the skates. This method covers the bump without adding extra bulk in the heel. That being said, I wish there were a shorter sleeve option. Wearing them higher means they come all the way up to the base of my calf. The gel quality is better than Bunga pads. It’s more durable and doesn’t develop dents.

The gel pad is very comfortable. The only down side is that there wasn’t an option on size. It’s a tight fit and I can only wear it for a few hours.
