It's good product with a good design and very easy to use, especially for home.They assembled it within time. Value for money.only problem I noticed is it's resistance knob is not fully functional and the back rest curve should be more means our back and rest's gap is more.

Suitable indoor exercise product
Been using this thing for about a month now and it's pretty good. The design is sleek and it really looks the part. Installation was smooth by team. But there are a few weird noises I've noticed. Hopefully, they don't get any worse.

Disappointing Experience - Defective Pedals
I received my cycle yesterday, but unfortunately, the pedals are defective and come loose on their own. Despite the comfortable seat, this issue makes the cycle unusable. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality and the lack of support from Sparnod and Amazon.I urge others to beware and consider investing in a better-quality cycle. I hope Amazon takes immediate action to address this issue and provides a suitable resolution. Replacing the pedals or providing a refund would be a good start. People invest their hard earned money just to get defective products? Highly disappointed by Amazon as well as Sparnod. If you have to sell defective products then stop ur business already, stop doing this scam with customers. & dear Amazon do look into this.I'm highly disappointed coz my money has been wasted.

Product nice. Need better packaging and service support.
The product was delivered on time and complete with all spares (except for the spanner). The packaging was very poor. The cardboard box was flimsy for such a heavy product and expectedly came damaged. small spares could have easily dropped off in transit. The installation team was not very responsive. But we managed to install it on my own. The installation video available on YouTube was not relevant for the product I bought so it was not very helpful. The exercise cycle is working nicely.
