These multi vitamin gummies for women over 50 taste good and contain a great amount vitamins and nutrients that women over 50 need. Amazon has the best value on these vitamins. If you don’t like swallowing large tablets, make sure you’re buying the gummies and not the tablets. The gummies do stick together and are hard to get out of the bottle, but they come apart easily once you get them to where you can reach them. They don’t upset my stomach. Whether they are effective or not, I don’t really notice too much of a difference with these or any other vitamin. I’m a repeat customer of these vitamins, so give them a try!

Honestly, when I first opened the bottle, I did not like the smell. They smelled like chemicals. I also did not like the taste nor the texture. My previous gummy vitamins were delicious, like candy, but these - not so much. And the texture was different as well. But after taking them for about a week, I got used to them, and now I actually like how they taste, and I no longer notice any issues with texture or smell. The only reason I switched is because these have a few important ingredients that my previous ones did not, so I decided to hang in there, and I'm glad I did.

This Senior Woman's formula has been my favorite for years. I actually feel better on the days that I take it. It gives me energy without caffeine. It is a huge pill, though, so I must be careful not to choke on it.
