A masterpiece of antiglobalism
REN provides an excellent breakdown of the what global elites like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab want for our future, mainly focusing on their vision for our food supply and diet. He gives compelling commentary on why exactly the World Economic Forum's "Global Planetary Diet" is both terrible for our health and the environment. Using historical examples of current and past civilizations around the world, REN lays out his vision for the future of our health when it comes to our food. It becomes clear that the answer to our food supply issues lie not in eating bugs and lab grown meat, but in small sustainable farming and community based agriculture. Reading this, it becomes clear why REN remains anonymous, as these ideas and the people espousing them are rapidly becoming a target for world elites who seek to bring about The Great Reset in the coming years.

Stellar
BAM was my gateway, but if you’ve found yourself here without entering thru that portal, welcome. The Ubermensch rises one home, street, and neighborhood at a time.God Bless the Raw Egg Nationalist, I know he’s blessed me, my family, and the local farmers I’ve since come to know and rely on for all my dairy and ever growing egg consumption needs. The GNC has no quarter here.

Different Look at NWO
I discovered this book while listening to an interview with Noora Bin Laden. She wrote the forward to this book. The author takes a detailed look at what is ahead for all of us per the World Economic Forum, in their own words. He details the sinister plans heading our way if the globalists get their way. It's very detailed and documented and in the end offers wise words on coping and overcoming. the stifling plans for our doom.

END THE cornFED!
Raw Egg Nationalist has laid before us a timely book about food and society.A few of things you should know about this author with the curious name is this. First, his mother did not name him Raw Egg. He is a Twitter anon, which is a Twitter personality who uses a pseudonym so as to remain anonymous. Second, he has written a few other small books about health and bodybuilding, with a strong focus on eggs and Vince Gironda, a figure from the bodybuilding in the mid-20th century. He also publishes (and writes in) a men’s magazine called Man’s World, which you should check out for free online. But, most of all, the thing to know about Raw Egg Nationalist is his conviction that the quality of a nation is grounded in the physical quality of the people of the nation. The nation is what the nation eats; and not all nations are equal. This conviction drives the agenda of what he calls Raw Egg Nationalism – the practice of a people securing the best foods for themselves so that every man, woman, and child can feel the vitality of a strong body, thereby giving life to new possibilities to them which poor nutrition had hitherto smothered. No free people were ever described as sick, weak, infertile or fat. (But much of the United States and the world is just that.)The practices of the individuals and the policies of the nation should all lend themselves to maximizing physical soundness, in the belief that the best political life, the best family life, the best intellectual life, and the most meaningful spiritual life all hinge on the best overall physical quality of the people. Leaders are eaters, nutritious eaters. The book, ‘The Eggs Benedict Option’, holds forth this option to be a free people who secure food for themselves. The ideal nation is one that improves the environment of its land, water and air, as well as improves its muscle, mind and politics. Maybe you like. What stands in the way of this ideal? The book explains that globalists stand against this. The will of the people usually stand against this. Existing food policy stands in the way against this. And the weakness of the body and the weakness of the earth itself stand in the way.Raw Egg Nationalist makes a wonderful case for Raw Egg Nationalism. As his argument proceeds, he describes the terrible food policy of the existing elites who hanker for a universal reset in every facet (not just in food) of human life. He shows how food policy shows up all throughout history, including in Plato’s ‘Republic’. He describes a historic global “reset” very much related to food policy from thousands of years ago. The introduction of grain-based societies in the ancient world led to chronic malnutrition and political bondage, and the evidence of this paints a picture of human misery. He enlists Weston Price and Joel Salatin into his assault on the elites. He describes the Russian Anastasia movement. He reclaims pastureland for beef and sheep, and he praises the humble egg.Raw Egg decimates the vegan diet, scorches chemical fertilizers, and twists the knife on the cruel conditions of industrial beef feed-lots and mass chicken production. He describes a way of localized farming that has already been working in modern nations like yours. He shows how animal husbandry can be done in ways that are not extractive of the earth’s (and your body’s) resources but can actually become sustainable and even more than sustainable. In short, this book describes food control in ancient history, food control in current events, the current practice of trash agriculture, and the only true alternative to our broken system. Get in, losers; we’re saving the world. As a side-note, I encourage everyone to become invested in gardening or food production. About 20 years ago, I was 23 and I was a totally inexperienced gardener. I wanted to start a garden, but I didn’t know how. So I went to a wise man who had grown up gardening and farming. I asked him what to do. Here is his wisdom: “I’m glad you want to garden. Don’t plant so much that it becomes a burden. Plant something, and tend it. And when it’s not fun anymore, when you are not enjoying it, stop.”And that’s been the best counsel. (He also said, “Plant some seed for the rabbits, some for the drought or flood, some to give away, and some for yourself.” He meant that your harvest is not predictable, and you don’t want to plant so little that you expend a lot of energy in preparing but then harvest nothing.)Over the years, I’ve followed my own interests, and I’ve mostly had success with vegetable gardens, strawberries, laying hens, beef cows, meat chickens, pumpkin landscaping, and raw cow milk. Last year, 20 years after my first garden, our home’s food hobby-turned-lifestyle generated about $3,000 worth of food. None of the vegetables have ever been chemically fertilized. And my household is not sick, fat, infertile, or weak. Join us or die.

A MUST READ
I’ve read my fair share of books on climate change solutions and sustainable agriculture. After reading Bill Gates’ “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster” but felt it was more pandering to elites than anything else. The Eggs Benedict Option on the other hand was quite a refreshing read and offers many interesting and realistic ideas that, in my opinion, are the closest to workable solutions that I’ve seen so far. I highly recommend this book.
