When I originally bought this product it was slightly broken. Getting a replacement was very quick and easy. I've now had this over a year and it's perfect. Doesn't leak and hasn't broken. I've been putting it through the dishwasher and apart from slight fading on the eyes and nose there are no problems. The straw was strange at first but you just push the rubber tubing onto the base of the straw. The cup is nearly 2 (uk) pints so plenty during the day. I'm thoroughly impressed. The design is very cute. Considering I've used this daily for over a year with no problems, I would say that's value for money

I am delighted with the bottle. It doesn't leak at all. Just be careful not to over-twist the lid, or it skips over the thread, and you have to tighten it again. The little designs on the bear are really clear, and it is incredibly cute. The phone holder on the handle is a fun addition and surprisingly useful! The strap is strong too and has a good length (adjustable). The little stickers and 3D add on's are a very cute extra.I hand wash with a bottle sponge on a long arm. I find it very easy to clean, and the arms/legs of the bear are designed well, so you can get in and clean. There are no awkward areas to worry about harbouring old water or bacteria.Very happy! I may even buy it in more than one colour.

My daughter thought this was amazing. It was easy to assemble, pretty much leakproof and is really cute. I got the 1000ML one, probably the size of a 11yr olds hand. Overall happy with the results! Very cute but useful. Would recommend. A bit pricy though. (My daughter helped take the photos)

Really love the bottle, i was really confused at first how to put the bits together and there were no instructions, but managed to figure it out after seeing some customer photos in the review section. Its a little tough to clean due to the shape. e.g cleaning the teddy legs part is tricky. But well worth it. Its very cute.

I bought this for my granddaughter who absolutely loved it. However, the fittings are a little bit cheap the strap that attaches to the neck of the bottle spins round and doesn’t really secure into a central place. I struggled with the straw as to how to attach it and even when I managed to work it out, it’s still felt a bit forced and part of the straw has to bend in the bottom of the container which suggest to me that this will eventually perish. As I said, my granddaughter loved it, and she will keep it, but will most likely keep penny sweets in it. Not sure if I would recommend as a drinks dispenser, but it is very sweet, very cute and as I said my granddaughter loves it, she is eight years old.

So easy to clean, just need a pipe cleaner for the straw. Do not put juice in it as it flavours water afterwards n tastes weird. I use it for water and iced coffee. It lasts all day and I get loads of compliments!
