Seem very nice
Just got these today and first day using them. I’m pleased with the purchase. They are very thick unlike some of the other bands I have had and they even came with a bag and a little guide of some exercises you can do. Recommend!

Excellent quality but not for beginners
These are great if you need more resistance, as even the light band is fairly stiff. Great if that's what you're after!

Five Star product
I've have these since 2017 and I do physical therapy nearly daily with them. The resistance is so good that I have only used the light band and that one finally snapped the other day. It's 2023, almost 2024. Definitely one of the best bands out there. The medium resistance actually is quite difficult it feels like most heavy resistance bands or extra heavy resistance bands. Great quality product.

Good, but could be a little more sturdy
Good, but could be more sturdy. Tends to slide down when not fully extended.

Very rugged bands-Won't slip down
I like these bands-they are thick, rugged, not flimsy. You get 3 - heavy, medium, light strengths, but all 3 are well made & don't roll up while you are using them. I can do squats (with one band around my legs, just above the knees) and they stay in place. I've used them 8 times so far-and are very pleased with the value for money paid.

Good but not too durable
They were good while they lasted. I enjoyed using them but they aren't very durable in warm climates. I left mine outside in a covered area and the next day they had started to melt together. Also the band I used the most after 3 weeks of use began to become sticky and loose.

Strong loops for excersize
Strong enough to use a green band, light, but it has enough resistance

Nice thick bands
I only got these bands about 2 weeks ago, so I don't know about durability or sturdiness over time, but they are the thickest bands I've ever had, which makes me think they may well be very sturdy. So far, so good.
