Fantastic training tool for youth players
The Statsports vest is a fantastic training tool and has been very useful in helping my son to understand his positioning and movement on the field. The heatmap is a fantastic tool for a player to see what positions they are taking up on the field. We have only 2 weeks of use and already are seeing the benefits.

Nice when it works
The stats are cool when they work. Unfortunately the app is subpar. The heat map and map functions never work on my Android app. Sometimes the numbers for a session won't display even though the breakdown graphs show data. The pitch boundaries never seem to save (but I can't actually verify since the heat maps don't work anyways). When using the live workout the max speed seems to reset every time the screen times out and is reopened. And the highest value is not always reflected after syncing, which makes me question all the stats. It would be nice if we could get access to the raw data. I expected more from a $300 device. It would also be nice if it could get heart rate data from a smart watch or other already owned device.

When you buy a gift for a teenage grandson and he thinks its great... well it's great. He says it does every thing he expected.
