I have never written a review but this product deserved it. I ordered this service for 4, and it arrived undamaged but was mispackaged with 5 small plates and 3 large plates. I was hoping not to have to repackage and return the whole set so I contacted the seller at amazons suggestion. I explained that all I really wanted was the one missing plate and that I would send the extra small plates back if necessary. The company replied within 24 hours and took all necessary information explaining there was no guarantee they would be able to send a replacement. I received a box today with not one but two large plates so that my small and large would match in quantity. This was a little over a week after the last email exchange. Customer service is great from this company and the set is beautiful and well made. Highly recommend!

I have been wanting these for over a year and finally pulled the trigger. These dishes are beautiful! Excellent quality that have not deteriorated after use. I am super careful to not break them. I wish they would just sell the plate separately as I really need more plates, but it’s too expensive to justify two whole sets for me, and I do not need that many bowls. Please note due to the material some plates and dishes have a slight variation in hue , but I understood that based on the material and how it was made.

Received only 3 dinner plate, however received 5 salad plates. Otherwise, they are beautiful.

Bought three sets. Personally love how thick and heavy the plates are. They are also not all exactly identical which adds some fun. The pasta bowls are perfect if you cook a lot of first courses. Pleased with the set overall.

Obsessed! The four cereal bowls are slightly off colored compared to the rest of the set but it’s growing on me! I am very happy with the cost and how sturdy the weight of the items are. Would recommend!

New Dish set arrived and sadly there was a broken salad bowl and unfortunately the only options are return the whole set or reach out to manufacturer. So I have and depending on their response will depend on the update of this review.I have been looking for a new stoneware set for a few months and finally decided one a set when this randomly popped up and I loved it the unique design and colors are prefect for my style. I like that they are good solid feel but not so heavy they feel like I could use it as a tool like some stoneware.The only con I have is the minimal packing for the bowls unlike the plates which were so secure and the boxes had to be ripped apart.So far I love these but we shall see

I would strongly recommend that you NOT buy this product. Our new sets arrived with (at least) 1 plate already severely damaged. Neither Amazon nor Gibson's will make good on this. Amazon is offering us $9.69 to compensate us for the plate (thus, we are now 1 plate short, a mismatch with the other items). Gibson's is offering us NOTHING=NADA=ZERO=ZIP. Their answer: We can only send you a replacement if we have the exact same product in stock. Aw, shucks, we don't have that in our warehouse. Sorry - you rolled a "Shin," - sorry, you lose - Happy Chanukah; please play again! Heck no! I would recommend that if you are similarly inclined as myself, and seeking an American-made highly durable set, you are likely better off trying Corelle, which offers a 3-year warranty per their website. The Gibson's company employees are unethical in their business practices, and see nothing wrong with their return policy as described above. On the other hand, if you are totally fine with this kind of behavior from the company, and want to spin the biased Dreidel. (the one that always lands on "Shin,"), then go ahead and throw away your money on this product. I would strongly advise against this, however.
