It's like a barrier ring integrated into the wafer! So good!
A lot of ostomates use barrier rings with their wafers to protect the stoma. This wafer already has that moldable barrier ring built in and it's awesome! After the wafer warms up to your skin, it forms a nice little turtleneck around the stoma to keep output off the skin. It's so nice not to have to fool with multiple products, which can sometimes lead to leaks. I'm able to get 7 days of wear out of this wafer. Highly recommend!

Excellent product, mostly easy to apply.
The wafer is part of a complex application of 5 products, a very important part. It supports the ostomy bag and is instrumental in protecting the skin around the stoma.

I have a high liquid output, and the center hole swelled forward and leaked within a hour of putting on.. ill stick with the cut to fit, at least the hole stays in its original shape and does it jobMy advice, if you have extra liquid output, save your money
