CSF 3054 High Performance Radiator

Best radiator for use in your BMW e36 or late model e30. I use this radiator in my late model e30 and it fits great and keeps the engine much cooler than the stock radiator. Not to mention the build quality on this radiator is amazing, if you want to track your car you need a radiator with aluminum end tanks, the plastic end tanks on the stock radiator are a ticking time bomb. They will leak eventually. So buy this radiator and have peace of mind.

Install an aluminum radiator on your 36 before your plastic one pops (not a matter of if, but when). CSF is reputable what else can I say

Came bubble wrapped and was in another box with foam so it was definitely secure. It is definitely bigger than oem and so far no leaks. Looks promising but if I remember I’ll give a 6 month update.

UPDATE: I’m back to adjust my review a bit .That being said the review I left below dose Not affect the performance of the Radiator! It works just as it should. The visual expectation was not there.I was disappointed! There was one reason I purchased this csf Radiator . Because there known for having a fully Polished aluminum body. Which stands out from any other aluminum Radiator. The one I received was just dull flat non polished. In the package there was a little note saying because of COVID there company could not supply the fully polished version of the radiator.I wished I would have known prior of purchasing the csf radiator. I would have gotten another brand. Because I waited a month because it was on back order from most venders.

Radiator came in it’s original CSF box which was good to see I wasn’t getting a replica product. Product was pristine, no irregular shape to the build. The welds on it are all clean and even and look great. Install was a breeze and it fit in my 96 BMW 328is with no issues. Hoses lined up where they were supposed to.(a major plus that the expansion tank fitting on the radiator was spaced away from radiator inlet hose) So far so good. I will update to a five star after a month or a little more of driving around to talk about how it held up. Either way I do recommend this radiator.UPDATE: so after daily use in the California 100 plus weather, radiator is keeping great cool and never climbs past the original temperature reading even under heavy driving. No leaks from any welds or anywhere for that matter. Great radiator update to 5 star now that I was able to drive and see how it holds up.

Mandatory upgrade if your looking for performance and a nice upgrade from stock because they tend to fail.

Great product but thicker than the stock radiator so it is dangerously close to the clutch engine fan which can destroy your shiny new radiator if you are not careful. Pay close attention to the upper water hose which can come loose from the radiator fan shroud and get tangled up in the fan.

Its exactly like the stock e36 m5x radiator with out the plastic sides. As a fabricator myself, the welds on the radiator is gorgeous
