Bright, durable, amazing.
I bought this flashlight almost three years ago to use for my job. I inspect manufacturing facilities and I am traveling constantly. This flashlight has been all over the country with me, it has been in hundreds of facilities and I have never had an issue with it. It has never even died on me. It has been in below zero conditions and in 120+ degree locations in the southwest. I cannot recommend this enough. On Amazon you’re never really sure what kind of product you are going to get. I can assure you that this flashlight is a great buy and you will not be disappointed.

Olight Warrior S3 vs. Wurrkos FC12
The Olight Warrior S3 is a beautifully designed piece of kit, supper primum and a top pick from many reviewers. The Wurkkos FC12 is a great value for dollar light and compares similarly in output to the Olight WS3. The Wurkkos FC12 is a budget tactical light and as such must make some compromises.Read on and like this review if you found it helpful.Olight Warrior 3S – Premium tactical light ~ $120 (2300 Lumens)High build quality. Extremely bright on turbo. Spot light beam pattern only, very uniform and round.Wonderful user interface (UI). Tail cap has momentary ½ push high, full push turbo. Slick battery level and brightness indicator. Fully customizable selections from very low moonlight to extremely bright 2300 true lumens. Sensor that automatically reduces the light level if the head is in close proximity to something. Pro/Con is debatable around the magnetic charging. I personally like it, super easy to use and works well. Well-designed large pocket clip (reversible) and the light just feels ultra-premium in the hand. Magnetic tail to hold it to metal surfaces (upside-down only, won’t hold it sideways) and tail stands easily. Comes with a nice sheath (much better than average) to carry on the belt or via Molle.Con: Expensive and a little big to everyday carry EDC. Proprietary 21700 5000mAh battery.Wurkkos FC12 ~ $40 (2000 advertised Lumens)Decent build quality, same size as the Olight Warrior 3S. A little skinnier. Uses a standard 3000mAh 18650 rechargeable battery. Very narrow spot light beam pattern, about as bright as the Olight W3S but the spot light is tighter. They both throw the beam very far and about the same distance. The Olight has a nicer more consistent pattern that is more usable in different situations. The FC12 has a good pocket clip and USB-C charging. Simple programmable user interface (UI), battery level indicator is green for >70% charge for 5 sec when you turn it on. I chose the grey color and I really like it, looks more like titanium.Con: Tail switch must be used for on/off and side switch only selects light levels. This is a little clunky but not a deal breaker. The Olight WS3 can use either button. No magnetic tail and difficult to tail stand on the FC12.

Very bright!
I love that you can use either button to activate turbo mode it’s nice to be able to pull it out your pocket and quickly index the back button. The construction seems very durable as well.

Fantastic light… with a couple caveats…
Great flashlight: small and sturdy, VERY bright (especially for the size), a great range of output settings (moon is just enough to see where you’re going, while full is amazingly bright…A couple issues, and a fix though:1)The flashlight gets quite (almost uncomfortably) warm when on full for any length of time. On the other hand, LED’s DO produce heat, and with this much light output, the heat needs to go somewhere to maintain the life of the LED, and the case as a heat sink is really the only (and genius) option. Design flaw: not really. If you need full brightness you’ll have heat; a lower setting won’t be as warm.2) The side button is not easy to feel when you grab the flashlight from its pouch and want a low setting while in darkness. Design flaw: I think so. A raised bezel would protect the rubber from unnecessary wear and provide a useful tactile clue where to locate the button.3) The rear button is amazing! It has 2 settings: a light press turns on medium, a hard press turns on full. It’s magnetic, so if you’re in a tight space, or need both hands, if something steel is around, just slap it on to that to keep the flashlight in place!4) Unfortunately the back button is MAGNETIC, but also serves as the contacts for the charger. If you work around anything resembling metal fragments/shards/wires, it’s possible for them to bridge both electrical contacts on the charging base, causing the charger to not work. Design flaw: well, yeah, despite the convenience of the magnetic charger and ability to attach the light to metal to hold it, this isn’t ideal.5) usually the magnet issue is easy to fix: thoroughly clean all metal bits that may have collected… not always super easy since the magnet is strong.Still, LOVE this flashlight and would recommend fully!

Best flash light I ever owned
I’ve used this light daily for 1.5 years now, in the snow, rain, dropped off of ladders , dropped it into the mud, and this thing never ever let me down, super durable, the light throws far, it’s a little heavy if you’re looking for light weight but it’s totally worth it, best flashlight I’ve ever owned

Very bright light, tends to run hot
Light feels solid and well made. Fit and finish are spotless. Charging is easy with the magnetic charger connecting to the tailcap charger/switch. Can use either a rubber capped switch on the side of the tube or the tailcap switch to activate light. Battery life seems decent, though I have not tested it for duration. Light is extremely bright; potentially dangerous if pointed at someone's eyes. It does have an obstruction sensor that dims the light automatically, but it has limited range. Light frame/tube will get warm and eventually hot if allowed to run long enough. For short duration use this is not a problem, but if left on long enough (long walk after dark, etc) the heat can become quite uncomfortable.
