Works great to replenish the body

The most helpful supplement I’ve found for this purpose, over years, with the fewest negatives (no stomach ache, no salty aftertaste, no added sugar, more electrolytes in a dose so I don’t have to take so very many, etc.). It’s great.

I HATE the taste of ALL electrolyte drinks, so these capsules do the trick! Go down easy and have maintained my sodium levels. Just had my blood work done and I am now in the normal range.

I’ve tried many forms of electrolytes but these pills are by far the best. It’s great for replenishing your body before or after working out, expending a lot of energy, etc. It’s easy to take and the price is fair for the quantity of pills. It’s better than having the sugary-filled liquid IV’s

They taste a little bit bad but not as bad as Most salt or electrolyte pills. Expensive for what you get. Helpful for hydration

These helped me through all my training for the NYC marathon, and I don't think I would have been able to finish the marathon without them. These prevented my legs from cramping and shutting down on me the last 3-4 miles.
