Q: My "bryant plus 80" furnace does not have "c" connector but it has one marked "com 24v". is it the same wire just marked differently?

This should be the same terminal function as the C-terminal. -Joey

It looks like your missing the C-wire, see direction below. Turn off power to the furnace and thermostat. Wire the Y and G in the thermostat to the C and K terminals. Wire the K on the thermostat to the K terminal on the wire saver. Wire the R and C on the thermostat to the R and C terminals on the wire saver and equipment. Wire the W from the thermostat to the W terminal on the HVAC equipment. Wire the Y and G on the wire saver to the Y and G terminals on the HVAC equipment. The RC wire will stay connected to the RC terminal on the system and thermostat. -Joey

We recommend you verifying the wiring of your current thermostat and check if you have any extra wires that are not being used.
