It’s brilliant no more waiting for water tank to warm up instant hot water

Hi Purchased water heater 10/09/2022 Now for some time low temperature is 31 deg when set to 41 deg My plumber now says this unit is fault ? I should have complained much sooner before 12 month warranty expired ??? I still hope to get this unit replaced as not proven intermittent problems where appearing in July 2023I will be contacting Amazon Service for there good service adviceRegards Roy

The installation is easy but needs an electric socket nearby. It didn't leak. Its not as efficient and safe as my gas boiler. Useful when you don't already have hot water line. You can easily adjust the water pressure and temperature.Personally, I will go for this only when I don't have any option at all.

After setup, the display show F6 but I cannot find any manual to translate the error code. please advise.

Bought this a while back in preparation for a new bathroom install. Only fitted it recently. Great starting out, was using it after running a bath for example and someone else wanting a shower. Directly fitted to the shower. Then my son said he had an electric shock from touching the shower front panel. When I checked it, there was water visible in the display panel. The second picture you can see water inside on the left hand side. So whilst it was good when it worked. It had less than 15 uses overall and flooded internally.

Worked well for 6 weeks, then leaked water from bottom of unit and flooded bathroom.

Strong and sturdy had handy lcd display. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍
