This is so much better than the previous knee brace I've been using. It's been a total game changer - literally. In my case, tennis and running on hard surfaces has worn away the meniscus over the years and made my kneecap very sensitive to any kind of lateral pressure or twisting. This brace gives total support so that even after 2 hours on the court, I come home feeling nothing. It is a bit bulkier than the 'sleeve with supports' type that I'd been using before, and I need to wrap the straps tightly which is less comfortable, but in my case it's worth that compromise in comfort to be able to play without suffering.

I must say after years of trying this and that, at this moment i will certainly recommend these, it keeps heat in and is a very good support, quality is top and to use is simple to fit on the knee, it helps me to get around as before have been restricted on how far, when they do wear out will be having some more, might order in advance in case they will not be available in the future,
