It took me a while to figure out how to connect the wifi from my phone to the printer. Once I did, I got 20 beautiful photos! Then I had to reload the paper cassette (it only takes 20 sheets at a time), and I haven't been able to print since. For some reason, the printer can't seem to grab the paper. I've tried reloading the paper, even turning it around so the opposite ends are reversed. No go. Support told me to try cleaning the rollers with alcohol, which I did. The rollers still spin but don't "grab" the paper. The only thing I can try now is another package of paper in case it's the paper itself that's the problem (the paper came with the printer).UPDATE: I returned the first printer and the replacement seems to be working fine so far. I'm going to upgrade the review to 4 stars because it still seems to be fragile. I may upgrade it again if it continues to work as promised.UPDATE #2: Hannto, the manufacturer, has been very responsive in helping me. What I didn't know was that the cartridge that comes with the printer will only print 20 photos. Replacement cartridges ordered separately will print 40 photos. Had I known that, I wouldn't have had to return the printer. So I'm increasing my review to 5 stars. I suggested to Hannto that they should put a sticker on the packaging for the original dye sublim cartridge, saying that it will only print 20 photos.

I can't say enough good about this little picture maker. First of all, the pictures are great quality. I bought the bundle here on Amazon. It's a fantastic deal!The only reason I put my age in the review is because people my age aren't exactly techy savvy. I'm not AT ALL! I really dislike technology, but there are so many beautiful things I take pics of with my phone that I want to display in frames.This little machine is easy to hook up and easy to use. My 30 year old son was here in case I needed help, but I didn't. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand.The pictures really turn out nice. They kind of remind me of the old polaroid pictures.This is so much better than turning in a roll of 24 pictures (to be picked up in a week), only to discover that 1/2 of them were blurry or off center, or just terrible. You don't waste the film because you choose what's printed.I'm super happy with my purchase.

When I tell yall you need to get this printer!!! I’ll definitely give an update later once I’ve had it a while but listen!I originally bought it for when I go to Europe so I can print my pictures out in real time and add them to my scrapbook but upon getting it I wanted to test it out and it blew my expectations out the park! Everyone was saying it printed really slow but it would literally take 1 minute to print out a full size picture which was not a problem for me.The color quality is beyond my expectations too and I didn’t have to do any editing except cropping to print exactly the sections I wanted.It was very easy to set up with my iPhone and I had no issues. Only thing is it is a little big to be traveling with so if you’re looking for a mini portable this isn’t it but all the aspects of it exceed the size so I won’t mind packing the printer up and taking it right with me.It also allows you to create photo collages so can you print multiple pictures on 1 page as well as boarders you can you to make them look even cuter!

Ordered this for my daughter's graduation open house to do a photo guest book. Worked great! Printed the photos of her and guests and taped them into the guest book where guests could write wishes to her next to the photo of them together. It was a huge hit and so people kept asking where I bought the printer because they never saw something like it. I highly recommend for an event like this.

Got it set up, installed app, jumped through all the hoops and... Most of the pics I need to print will not even show up in the app.I'm using my android phone. The photos are on the phone, but only maybe a third of my photos actually show up on the Liene app that you have to use. There is no option to search or reload or anything like that.I've reached out to customer support but after one generic automated dismissive response, I have heard nothing back.I printed a few pics that were available. (The pics that do show up as available... seem random) Anyway, they look great. ...but what's the point if almost none of the photos I actually need printed show up in the app?Seems like a pretty serious problem, yet it is not addressed at all in their frequently asked questions/ common problems.And again, no response at all yet from customer service.Update, edit: I upped my star rating, because although I'm still having the same problem as above, I did figure out a sort of work around. I have to pick the missing photos on my phone that I want to show up, and edit them each individually. Then they become available.Also Liene did eventually reach out to me through email.

This photo printer is outstanding. All my photos are printed very high resolution and has been extremely easy to operate. Very compact and takes up very little room. Functionality is top notch. If you are looking for a photo printer that has everything you could possibly need then I highly recommend this product. Customer Service is great and all the individuals are very professional. You can’t go wrong with this photo printer.
