These pills work perfectly, as a dude who eats plenty of fruits and vegetables, drinks alot of water and exorcises regularly my movements for some strange reason were incredibly weird to say the least and i was gassy constantly which left me feeling disgusted with myself and extremely embarrassed, even though i was never formally diagnosed it was pretty obvious i had IBS but thanks to these pills all i have to do is take 1 or 2 a day and the gas is instantly gone and i can take regularly solid healthy poops once a day like a normal person again. My only complaint with the product is that 1. The packaging for them is always incredibly damaged upon arrival, and 2. It barely comes with any pills, about 3-4 days worth of pills. Meaning i have to buy more constantly, if they came with more pills it would be 5 stars

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets initially followed by 1 tablet after each loose bowel movement. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 24-hour period. Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
