Does not fit the 2004 Cayenne S 4.5 V8 normally aspirated
The sensor housing measurements are 71mm screen end and 73mm open end. My OEM Bosch housings measure 69mm and 71mm. I didn't return only because fortunately I had the necessary 20mm 5-point tamper proof torx bit to swap out the sensors into the OEM Bosch housings. Just saying!
