It took me easily 30 minutes to remove/replace, but happy with the result.

I bought this replacement for my original JBL 500TB. It fits perfectly. Very easy to install no instructions needed. Color matches way better that than original ones. No sticky adhesive needed. Enough padding for comfort on ear.

It is a bit difficult to attach them to the headphones, but that is due to the design of the headphones. I watched a tutorial on how to easily attach them. It helped a lot. I think they pretty good quality because they didn’t get damaged while I was pulling them a bit while attaching the ear pads.Discovered it after attaching it but the ear pads come with a little tool to help attach the pads.
