⚙️ Elevate Your Electrolysis Game!
The MMO Titanium Anode is designed for sodium hypochlorite generation, featuring a ruthenium-iridium coating for enhanced conductivity. With a robust titanium substrate and precise dimensions, it supports a current range of 1.8-2.5A and a voltage range of 12-18V, making it ideal for small equipment applications.

Neat and affordable little things!
I leave about one review per year, but these seem VERY DURABLE and are one of the most affordable electodes online, so I had to give a shout out.I've been running them to make chlorates. Here's some notes if you choose this product:1) Bear in mind the current density of 0.13 A/cm^2, giving you about 2 amps max for one pair. (though I've been running 4A with no visible wear after 3-4 days).2) It looks bigger than it is. The big one is 4.8cm wide and the small one is 4cm wide. If you need more current, find a bigger electrode, it will be more cost effective.3) I couldn't find answers to this online, so I tried it. It IS possible to use the MMO as a cathode. No wear.4) This product comes with no handles. To get current to the electrode, I stripped 1.5cm of plastic-insulated copper wire and looped the end through one of the little holes, soldering the wire to itself. I applied a generous amount of solder so that good contact was made with the electrode. Then I coated the exposed solder with 2 part epoxy resin (also easily available from amazon), so that it does not corrode. If it was too thin (<1mm from solder) after curing, I'd apply more coats to the thin parts. Unlike hot glue, the epoxy will not peel off.I hope this helps, and good luck with your chemistry exploits.

It's so small, and the coating is painted on
I guess this is a case of buyer beware, but although the size is stated somewhere, nothing in the pictures or description led me to believe that these electrodes would be as small as my thumb for $13. It's been a while but the last electrodes I bought were 4x6 inches and the coating was electro deposited on titanium mesh and it wasn't much more expensive.I doubt these electrodes would handle more than an amp and not for very long. I would not recommend purchasing these toy electrodes / anodes

Happy customer
This exceeded expectations with product and shipping. Will definitely do business again

I mean it works
Like the connectors are to far to the center and it would be better if it was a single large plate but you take what you can

Well Made
These coated titanium anodes are well made. I'm unsure as to the thickness of the coating, but it is complete, without any scratches, seems, or blemishes that will allow salt water brine to interact with the anode. The large surface area of the anode is perfect for generating Cl gas or making 5% solution. The Ruthenium-Iridium coating will ostensibly increase the service life of this anode by factors, but you'll have to make a very large amount of Cl, H, and Sodium Hypochlorite to be able to put that to the test. For tensile strength, rigidity, and light weight, I'm going to believe they are made of titanium, at the very least. If I notice these wear out unusually fast, I'll update my review, but for now:Five Star Titanium Anode with Ruthenium-Iridum Coating
