Works well for teachers
I bought this after I discovered that you need to take copper with your zinc and that’s why my hair was falling out. So far so good. I take it every other day and haven’t been sick for a while. I work in a school and while other teachers and students were really sick, I was not.

Not sure if its doing anything, but don't eat on a empty stomach or before running etc.
Read title, I use it to help balance me out from taking stimulates for adhd. I would advice taking it on a empty stomach or without alot of water. Plus side, take 2 on a empty stomach easy way to fake being sick.
