I brought this heated cushion to help me recover after an operation.It took me a while to find the right one as most of them you can't sit on, which is what I needed.The cushion has 3 temperatures, low, medium and high. The highest temperature is hot water bottle kind of hot which is just what I needed.It helped ease my pain, and made my recovery bearable. I honestly couldn't have managed without this cushion.It's easy to use, you just plug it into your a charging cable (i used my phone cable) and switch it on, it starts to heat up straight away and gets to the right temperature quickly.And it's great that you can fold it and put it in it's own bag for easy storage when not in use, or to do as I do and take it on holiday with me.You can use it on the sofa and while sat in the car which really helped me.It was definitely money well spent.It can also be used with some power banks which really helped when travelling.I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone suffering muscular pain, or as myself had any Colorectol surgery, as it was the only thing that made it possible for me to be able to sit down.

I had high hopes for this product, but sadly it only warmed in the middle. Had to return it and I’ve not found an alternative

The Navaris Electric Heated Cushion is soft to touch, a middle gray colour, nice and thick. The bottom side does not heat up and made of a harder material. The top bit heats up in a while in places more than the others. I use it for my icy feet when I go to bed, for that purpose it is perfect. My elderly cat likes it as well, but I only let her use it when I am around.

Have had a repeat of back problems and this heat pad is just amazing and helps me overcome some of the discomfort and given it’s size I do t have to worry about it hitting the spot and easily covers the width of my backHighly recommend it

sent back as the only area thatnis heated is a portion in the middle. still a good cushion, but with only around 3 inch by 6 inch heated , it wasnt suitable for what we wanted on this occassion

The idea of this item is great! It's well made, soft and comfortable, and most importantly it actually works when plugged into a power bank with a USB. HOWEVER... The only part that actually heats up is a 10x10cm square in the middle, not the whole cushion! It's too late for me to return mine and there are others on the market that appear to fully heat up the whole cushion.

There is only one heat strip in the middle of the cushion. I was disappointed as I was expecting the whole cushion to heat up. Waste of money.
