These are delicious, we keep lots of electrolyte options on hand and I always find myself reaching for these. They are a little difficult to get everything to dissolve, but I just find by the time I get to the bottom if I haven’t continued to stir it’s a bit more concentrated, but it’s never once been a bother. I do with that they were a bit lower price point, but overall still worth it to me. There’s no unpleasant odors, just smells like blue raspberry. These are perfect to stay hydrated.

I hate water, but love that hydrating feeling of a drink that’s not too sugary, this flavor did exactly that for me! I eat it with crushed ice water and love munching on the sour apple flavored ice. Keep in mind though it’s not a strong flavor, but better than regular water! I bought the blueberry one I will try next!

Overall I would recommend this product! Only thing I’m not a fan of is it occasionally has that “fake sugar” taste and some of the powder doesn’t fully dissolve. If you use cold water and mix really well, it tastes better and dissolves better. I got the blue raspberry lemonade flavor and I like it! It’s good for working out, pregnancy when it’s really how out, or to make sure your body gets enough hydration while nursing. Good quality and value.

I've tried a lot of different electrolyte drinks (prime, liquid iv etc) over the years and this is by far my favorite one, the ingredients are much healthier, way less processed ingredients, which makes me feel better about drinking this while breastfeeding. Not only that, but the taste is far better than liquid iv, it tastes less fake to me. I originally got this to help keep me hydrated and boost my supply as a new mom and now I look forward to this drink everyday!

I usually don’t leave reviews. But maybe this will help someone who is similar to me. I really wanted to like this but unfortunately it has 6 grams of added cane sugar in it (first ingredient too) which made me crash. I should have paid more attention to that. But I didn’t get any of the energy benefits it was suppose to give. If your someone like me you doesn’t drink or eat much added sugar I'd recommend trying something else.

Buy it! I like the taste, doesn’t make the water gritty or thick like some packets. I drink it with my lunch and definitely notice a difference between my afternoon pump and morning supply. Also it gives me a boost of energy but there’s no caffeine in it, so I guess it’s just magic.

The taste is just “ok”. I can taste the salt but it wasn’t strong (much less than other companies). The actual flavor is odd and seems less water = more flavor. I did feel better after drinking in terms of hydration.

I struggled with producing enough milk for my baby and I am also terrible at drinking enough water which is crucial when breastfeeding.When I feel I need a boost I just buy more.
