Perfect
This in ear monitor system is amazing. Works perfectly and the sound is superb. The phones that comes with are very good but I rather use molded ones. It doesn’t comes with a manual but you can find it easily on line. The system does what it’s proposed and very nicely. I highly recommend it.

Great Unit (With One Caveat)
I bought this for my IEM rig. I absolutely love the fact that AT doesn't lock you into a band, has advanced functions, sounds great, and all of that, it even has an RF scanner built in... HOWEVER, it would have been nice to be able to select an open frequency after performing a full scan instead of having to jot it down, then manually select that frequency, and THEN sync it to your pack.Great design, but there were a few things overlooked that could have made this unit less cumbersome.

So far so good 👍🏿
So I did a review on the Phenyx Ptm 10 and decided to send it back and shell out the extra $$ for something more high quality and just would serve me better in the long run. The Ptm 10 was not a bad unit, I just decided that I didn’t want to mess around with something that I knew I was gonna probably regret later on. I must say that the only reason I didn’t give this a five star rating is because I haven’t done a real gig with it yet but I’m really really pleased with this unit so far and I feel this is a very solid unit and a great investment i am looking forward to seeing how this works out in a live performance situation.
