Great for roof clips
We use this to attach roof clips for commercial heat tape. I do wish it would cure faster in the colder weather, but once it does cure it seems to hold really well. It lasts a long time.

remarkable stuff - seals and sticks better than anything else
it's got the best, most flexible seal that adheres to the surfaces remarkably well, and sets really quickly with moisture contact. it's also a pretty decent adhesive. if it gets on your hands use alcohol to remove or you'll be there a while.

Defective!
Would not come out of the tube. It was like cement. My husband had used this same product before from another source. He loved it! They would not give me a refund because I did not use it for a month. I complained and they said it was the temperature outside. It was not! Not right it was defective! I still want a refund!

Better than silicone
Much more adhesive than silicone, and lasts longer. Seals absolutely. And it's virtually odorless so using it indoors won't emit the strong odors like silicone so, for example, you can work with it in an office setting without the office workers wanting the day off due to fumes. I NEVER use silicone since I tried this on recommendation from an RV repairman. It costs more than silicone but I'm happy to pay more for a superior adhesivesealant.

One of many uses: Sealing windows
I asked for black silicone at my local building supply store, and the clerk suggested I give this a shot instead. It's incredible. It goes on like silicone. It's extremely tough (yet squishy). It's UV stable, and it's even paintable!I used it to seal up the fiberglass frame corners of my very-expensive brand-new windows that were leaking. This replaced the factory silicon, and I'm hopeful that it will last decades. Also: What is the point of fancy fiberglass window frames if the manufacturers aren't even going to epoxy them to be monolithic at the corners?! Window manufacturers upset me. Even cheaper vinyl window frames are "welded" to be monolithic. This M-1 material is now my weakest-link holding back water on these windows. Here's to hoping it lasts.

I used this adhesive to secure wood strips to my flat roof. I wanted to avoid penetrating the roof with nails or screws.I secured my solar collectors to the wood strips. Some of the strips blew off during the hurricane. I guess the adhesive is not rated for .130 mph winds.
