Q: What's the width and length of it?

The width of the BASE is 6.75" x 2.25" The Telrad itself is 1.75" x 8.165" Dennis K6KRV

Q: Where on the scope is the most convenient/practice location to attach the Telrad?

I placed my telrad at the top of my Telescope next to my Finder scope. However that is on a large dobsonian telescope (12" dia.). My smaller Newtonian however which is mounted on an Equatorial mount, has the telrad mounted at the back for the purposes of counterbalance. The top is ideal, but you should take into consideration your scopes balance as well.

Q: What kind of plastic is this made from?

All the molded plastic, including the base, is ABS.

Q: Does this include the screws to attach the telrad?

It has two screws on the side (wich you can see in the picture) for the telrad. It does not have any attachments to mount the base to a scope.
