This is my favorite pan I have ever had. I was sick of the toxic nonstick pans that only lasted a month before sticking so I searched for healthier alternatives. This has lasted me a while and it’s still nonstick. I do treat it with care though avoiding scrubbing although it does not even need it. I use an organic dish soap and a paper towel and it comes out clean every time! Nonstick!!

My daughter has been doing a job on my wrought iron cookware, soaking it and not applying oil after washing it, etc. I decided she REALLY needed a non stick pan for her eggs. This one knocks it out of the park. Clean up is as simple as running hot water in the pan (I always add soap, though). She said that it cooks really quickly…I haven’t used it yet. I would recommend it.

I bought this non-stick pan about 5 months ago. Having gone through several non-stick pans previously (the ones with the non-stick coating), my expectations weren’t too high with this most recent pan.It’s been about 5 months and this pan has beyond exceeded my expectations. Unlike the pans with the coating that wears off over time, this pan has stayed completely non-stick! I can heat this pan on high-heat with zero degradation. With my past pans, high heat used to destroy the coating.I cook eggs on this pan frequently, and I could literally wipe it down with a paper towel when I’m finished. So lucky to have found this pan, would highly recommend!

this is a very handy item. the finish is very 'hard' and easy to clean up. disperses the heat well for browning all around the surface. cover is clear glass and a help AAA

Have used this pan on an almost daily basis. It works great and looks as good as new. I am now looking for a larger one and it would be nice to have a matching set but I hate the handle. It feels yucky and they call it bakelite. It is NOT bakelite. They claim this is PFOA safe. What about the other two major chemicals in Teflon - PTFE and PFOS. No mention of those, which leads me to believe this contains them. However, I asked Rufus and he said it is also PTFE and PFOS free. Can I rely on Rufus? I don't know. Trying to find a ceramic non-stick induction pan without dangerous chemicals that kill the birds and compromise our lungs too is darned frustrating.

I've used it for pancakes and frozen chicken and it is truly non-stick. It cleans easily. I will probably have to oil the handles like a cutting board but so far I am pleased with the functionality. It sits level and flat on the burner even with the lid off which is a big improvement from the old black non-stick pan. This 8* pan is small but it's all I need for small meals.

Great little pan! Purchased this four months ago to replace my old, beat up nonstick pan. I use it on a daily basis to make my eggs for breakfast. I use no metal utensils on it and hand wash it. It still looks brand new. It is super nonstick and so easy to clean. I like it so much I just purchased a bigger one to replace my second old nonstick pan. I know nonstick is never going to be a “buy it for life” pan, but this one is great and feels like it will last a good long while.

I have no complaints at all about this pan. It requires care- careful temperature management, careful cleaning, careful utensil use- as any nonstick pan does. However the quality is VERY good for the very low price. I haven't had any issues with sticking at all. After having this pan for a few months I've decided to buy one in the 12" size as well. Very satisfied, would recommend.
