At first, reading negative reviews, I was discouraged and no longer wanted to order this machine, but as luck would have it, I nevertheless placed the order, the order was delivered one day before the date, well packaged everything was new in addition to ease of use, I tell myself that following the little voice in my head makes me happy today, at such a low price, more than 30GB of storage left after installing Microsoft, best charger, battery is super good because it holds charge, keys work 👍🏻, everything is in good condition and works properly, the only problem is that you can't open up to 5 to 7 windows, and this should be understood by people without explaining why, the few windows that open should be enough for everyone, in addition to giving 5 seconds to each search on browsers. I recommend 100% 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice and everything is like brand new

I received my laptop! I have only had one issue with it and that was due to still working on my computer when it was updating. I recieved it with no scratches, dents, or anything! came in perfect condition and i am able to use my laptop everyday! This laptop can be slow sometimes but its a GREAT computer, very durable. This computer has very light weight along with a very good screen size!!

The HP HD 14 computer arrived on time and in good condition. It was well packaged in two boxes. I do not know what New/Refurbished means; however, the computer is definitely new. The computer comes with an internal/non-removable battery and a power cord/battery charger. After I plugged it in I followed the start-up/set-up instructions on the screen; it took about 30 minute to set-up. The only problem I had was that the start-up page would not accept the WiFi password or key code; the password is located on the bottom of the router. However, the start-up page gave an option to press the top button on the router; and, it worked. The start-up proceeded normally. I have down loaded some apps with no problems. The computer does not have a large memory capacity; I plan on buying an external hard drive from amazon. I plan to mainly use the computer for text documents and photo storage from my digital camera. The computer is a basic computer, although it is quite suitable for my needs. I hope I remain happy with my purchase.

Purchased for my daughter mainly for playing computer games. Straight out of the box, it made a high pitch noise as soon as I turned it on. I believe the noise was coming from inside the laptop somewhere, as the speaker volume controls did nothing. Once this finally stopped, we were on a loop with setting up as it requires you to either have or make a Microsoft Office account (I’m sure there’s a way around this but we couldn’t figure it out). It had to do 3 separate updates before even allowing us to access the desktop; each of which took 20-90 minutes. Every time computer starts, the noise still happens which is concerning but it seemed to be functional for what she wants to use it for, with no other issues. Then today she was playing and brought it to me because it smells like hot electrical. Strong. I shut it down immediately. Will definitely be returning as this is a huge safety concern especially since it belongs to my kid. Highly disappointed. She’s only used it 4-5 times in the 2 weeks she’s owned it.

The only good things I really have to say about this are things any laptop that costs any amount of money should be able to do. It connects to my wifi and holds a charge. I bought this exclusively to run RPG Maker MV, and it does.However, it can't handle running any two things at the same time, even, say, file explorer and an internet browser. Forget trying to google something real quick while having another program open. Regardless of how many apps you have open, it's EXTREMELY slow. Maybe some of these reviewers have gotten devices in better condition than mine, or they're more used to slow devices, but potential buyers should be aware that at the very least, there's a risk the laptop you get is going to be noticeably slow.This is a usable laptop if you need it to run some simple programs, but have other devices on hand for everything else. Still, it probably would've been worth it to spend a couple hundred more to get something less frustrating to use.
