I think this is most likely a 5 star fryer, if you have a professional deep fryer. I'm giving it one star, so idiots like myself don't think they can use it on a regular home deep fryer. Based on another review, i cut this down to a 6 taco holder so it would fit my particular fryer. I am a machinist by trade so it was not to big of a task. Here is where the problem lies. Even if you make the basket shorter in length, it is to tall to fully submerge in the oil. EVEN if you add oil up past your recommended oil fill line, it will not be enough. Tacos float out of shell holders too. They have clips, which my gal assumes are to prevent this, but I'm thinking they're just for shipping purposes because they are to awkward for using. Can't touch 350° metal clips, even with oven mitts. To small.

very nice product for industrial fryer usage and made well / built to last in commercial kitchen.... only downside is the taco shells come out with a very narrow opening for being able to stuff whatever product inside... another words this will last years and make amazing tacos every time just you won’t be able to put much in them... 🤷‍♂️

it was not made for chalupa. space is very less and it did not fit in the fryer which suppose to be general size for cooking for frys.

This is a cheap product. The steak is so cheap and thin it was so sharp i got cut from it. It's a dangerous product.
