Really good size for a back problem and stays frozen for a long time. Very happy with it. Easy to use on thigh, calf and arms.

The item is well worth buying it fits perfectly around my leg and used as ice pherapy it helped me know end after knee replacement. I can definitely recommend it.

The pack when put into the microwave doesn't always hot evenly and you will need to put it in for four more than 40 seconds. The belt supplied with the pack is not big enough when you are putting it on your back or hip. Have used it a few times on hot not on cold yet but works well.

Excellent value for money for its size! Folds onto 3 for easy freezing too. Has been a life saver after my knee op as it can be wrapped around the limb. Comes with elastics to hold it in place of required

Excellent product better cold than hot, longer lasting but good item

Easy to cool down in the freezer and cooling effect lasts well but doesn't heat up evenly in the microwave giving the product 'hot spots' so not the desired effect.

Helped with hip back and grion strain.

It's a very good size for getting good coverage. I've only used it for cold applications so far and gives good coverage because it's quite big. If there's one criticism, it would be that there should be 2 straps. The one strap in the middle is okay but if you're placing it over a large area, it would make better contact with 2 straps for top and bottom. I have additional straps of my own which make a big difference for this. That said, I really like the strap they have provided. It has velcro at the ends so that, as you wrap around, it sticks to itself, making it much easier to secure tightly. A very nice touch.
