Very happy with this toaster: long slots fits our bread; strong and even toasting; dial settings for level of toasting; exterior does not get too hot.Bonus features that we didn't know we would like: digital countdown; reheat level of toasting; heating rack for indirect warming.Bottomline: we're surprised how happy we are with this purchase--surpassed expectations--super value.

The adjustable dial lets you decide how much time you need to toast; not just light or dark.Bagels and Texas Toast fit just fine, and the bagel feature insures you don't over brown the outside of bagels and english muffins. The surprise feature is the lift up rack that holds your hamburger or hot dog rolls above the heat and warms them just right. It's especially helpful for refrigerated breads and rolls.Two of my kiddoes have ordered this toaster and both give it two thumbs up.

Works great! My husband and I like it really well. Only problem is after the first use one side of the bread is more brown than the other but other than that I’m really glad I bought it.

I like the fact that I can toast more than two slices of bread.

Randy K said it best....I read reviews....but I guess I read more of the good reviews and not enough of the not so good ones...as that is what we are experiencing...We kept trying different times/options to no avail...back to Amazon it goes and on to try to find a new toaster. Not sure how there are so many good reviews...unless it is only when you are using a larger piece of bread...but that is the main reason I bought this toaster! Sourdough bread..."With all the great reviews, I really wanted to like this product. It fit where we wanted to store it and it looks nice. Unfortunately, that is all I can say that is good about it.In testing it for the first time, I noticed that the toasting elements were not getting uniformly hot (see photos). You can see in the photos that many of the wire segments are not red, which means they are not getting hot enough to toast those areas of the bread.We thought we would try this out for a few days and could not find a setting that would toast the bread but without scorching it in spots. Sadly, we could not find such a setting. We have used it every day since we received it. While it is a nice looking product, it has failed in its primary job which is "toaster".I cannot tell whether this is a result of poor design, poor quality control or both. Either way we will keep looking for a different solution. I am returning this one for a refund."

Excellent toaster for all the odd sizes of bread slices & bagels/muffins.

Buttons are poorly designed. When one is pressed, or the wheel is pressed too hard while turning, all buttons fall inwards. See video
