Great headset, but had to return it.
The advert showed a headset with a stand, unfortunately that wasn’t included in the sale so I had to return and buy elsewhere. It is a fantastic headset though, great sound, really easy compatibility with PC(windows + Linux) and Mac. Range when you use the included Bluetooth adaptor is really impressive.

Awful Headphones, don't purchase unless you have perfect hearing
I purchased these as I was getting fed up with the wire on my current headphones and wanted the freedom to move around while on calls, however this item is not fir for purpose. The volume on these needs to be at level 50 whereas my previous headphones would be fine on level 20. The volume up to level 30 is very feint and really not great when you are alone in a quiet office. I would urge to think about buying something else.

Too FRAGILE for the price charged
Have had 4 Jabra Headsets, The 3rd broke today (plastic snapped) with light use.As 3 have failed in exactly same point under very gentle use (I have to be gentil as I know how fragile they are) I would say this model should be avoided al all costs. At this price I would expect much better quality.Updated May 2025

Okay, but doubt they are value for money
Good battery life, but the microphone does not stay in the storage position, the magnet, will not hold it, while not the end of the world, if it say it does it, it should.Okay, so after using these for a few weeks, the range of the headphones has decided to drop from about 10 metres to a couple of metres, the mute function on longer works, and if the mic is not a certain position the mic doesn't work. Tried call customers services, but they seem to be constantly on training. So overall a complete waste of money. Will now have to go a buy another headset.
