Q: Is this item can use 220v ?

This item is 110V. Even if it was operated temporarily at 220V, Someday you'll have an irrevocable reality. If you overeat, you can't die right away. It's a factor that's slowly dying. The manufacturer and the seller are said to be items of 110V. Why do you want it to work at 220V?

Q: Anybody know the dimensions of the fan on each unit itself. All the specs show is overall dimensions which likely represent the base as the width?

The fan head is 12" in diameter and just under 9" front to back. The base is about 20" in diameter.

Q: Does this fan beep when turning it on or off or changing speeds? I need a fan that won't wake anyone in the room when adjusting speed or turning off.

Good question....no beeps- completely silent; however, there is a soft glow with the speed indicator and power button, so in pitch black, it is noticeable, but if they are sleeping, no one should be able to see it. when the fan is off, the power button stays at a soft glow. I really Love this fan; I am a 20 year vornado owner and was waiting for them to come out with an infinite speed control like the old days. My favorite is the remote. Hope this helps....Chad

No, the 6803DC Circulator does not oscillate. The Flippi V8, V10 and V oscillate as do the Swan models. They are the only ones that do.
