Once arrived and charged up, I went through the set up as described. Upon setup I decided to change the general password to protect from unwanted connections given I wished to use the 4k Camera for commuting. After doing so and logging out a good while afterwards from familiarising usage which was a fantastic success. I simply could not connect. Re-setted the camera as described in the manual and to my amazement nothing worked. Looked for support nothing. Returned

Really clear footage. Easy to download videos and change settings in the app. If using for cycling as I am the wind noise is terrible.

Lovely product but just not for what I required. Not good enough for real close up work as a bit too much movement. Also the button stopped working after one week, so had to return it. Didn’t replace it.

The media could not be loaded. When this product came and I received it, I was very happy. I used it right away. I only tried a few photos and about two or three videos already. The results are good, I'm happy with the results. However, I returned the product with some considerations:1. the video download process from the card to the mobile phone or to the laptop took a long time and even had an error.2. there were two times when the light was green but the power button could not be turned ON or OFF, so I had to wait for the battery to run out, then charge it and turn it on again. But, for the second time it happened again, the ON/OFF button could not function properly.3. If you want good video quality, don't move your head too much when using it.4. Hopefully my money can be returned quickly

🟢 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀:⚪ Compact and lightweight.⚪ Fits on the head comfortably (when NOT wearing glasses).⚪ Easy to operate be it on the camera directly or using the included remote (which doesn't need to be paired, it works right out of the box).⚪ The video quality is actually pretty decent; I filmed indoors & outdoors and I was pleased with the results.⚪ Comes with a SanDisk branded 64GB MicroSD.🟡 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹:⚪ Whilst the audio quality isn't amazing, it is good enough for a casual vlogging.🔴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀:⚪ I can't recommend this to those who wear glasses; not only is it not overly comfortable, I couldn't get a shot where my glasses weren't also featured in the video.🟦 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:This head camera as a whole is okay but I do feel like there are better alternatives on the market at a similar price point such as the 'Insta360 GO 3S'.

Additionally, the card reader not only reads the camcorder's SD card but can also read various other types of cards, making it versatile and useful for multiple purposes.

This is my second one of these and it works really well, especially when you need both your hands!
