Easy to install
Works perfectly to repair the freezer handle. The price was great and it took very little time to install the new part.

Fits Great But Was Missing Hardware
Received it and it fits perfectly on the freezer door handle, but I noticed that the set screw was no included despite being pictured and referenced in the product listing. Luckily I was able to reuse the set screw from the one that broke, though I'm pretty sure they were different thread size because I for sure crossthreaded the heck out of it. Avoid this item
Basic, reproduction of entire piece with matching metal caps. The poor part of this item is the set screw, a pot-metal item that is roughly constructed and easily strips out with your hex/allen wrench. Once it strips (in my case while trying to tighten the set screw), you must drill it out to release it and replace it/return the item. Didn't work for me.Also, this upgrade-new version of the old part does not cleanly fit the former door, requiring grinding out the nylon portion of the new piece for a proper fit. Again, a lot of extra work and heartache that does not come easily for a replacement part.
