Helpful to monitor BP at home
The media could not be loaded. So easy to use, speaks to tell you how to use it, and speaks your results and if normal or abnormal. The voice can be switched off if you prefer. It is lithium battery powered with a small usb charge cable. It has an on/off switch on the side. It comes with plastic case for the unit in a strong card outer box which helpfully has a BP measurements chart on the side. All in all I nice unit. I can’t say if the readings are true, but knowing what my Bp usually is I’d say it probably is accurate. I find this cuff type more comfortable than the arm type.

No batteries to die in the machine
It speaks to me which is not necessary but handy. Rechargeable so no having to hunt for batteries.

So easy and helpful. Highly recommend.
Charge it up (you need a USB socket), turn it on, put it on your wrist and press the button, that’s it!It tells you the results in a loud clear voice and whether your blood pressure is normal or not. So easy.I haven’t needed to use the memory function so can’t comment about that.I have fairly large wrists and the band fits well. An added benefit is that it doesn’t hurt like the upper arm ones because it doesn’t inflate.I bought this because I was loaned an upper arm machine but the cuff was too small. I looked at buying a bigger cuff and discovered for about £5 more I could get this easy to use, rechargeable, portable machine that fits.

Talking blood pressure monitor.
This is a very useful bit of kit!It seems that wrist BP monitors are frowned upon by doctors, apparently they're not "proper".Well if you're taking a daily reading as I do and it is within a normal range, I don't see a problem. There is one niggle. I frequently get a reading in the teens. The electronic voice can't announce a "teen" reading , eg 130 for 113.Quite alarming as you can imagine!

Inaccurate readings
Readings are off most of the time and day of test is always wrong. Doesn't always inflate accurately.
