I add a can of cooked asparagus to this and finely ground pepper and it’s a meal with a simple side.Hard to find, thank you Amazon!

Good as is, excellent with a little help.
You can tell the base is Cream of Mushroom.No biggie. A teaspoon of Garlic powder, a teaspoon of Onion powder. and a half teaspoon of Celery seed or Celery salt and it's a very nice Cream of Asparagus. Steaming and adding 3-4 stalks of fresh asparagus doesn't hurt, either.

So happy to have found this soup ~ it can't be found at any of my local stores
I have a recipe that calls for this soup and it is very difficult for me to find locally in any of my stores. I was so happy to have found it on Amazon and for a decent price. I have substituted other soups like cream of chicken or cream of celery in the recipe and it just isn't as good.

Asparagus Soup
On the campbell website there is a recipe using this soup with sauteed chicken over rice, pasta, whatever you like. It is DELICIOUS!!!!!!! So good I bought 4 more cans to have on hand when the urge hits again. Recipe only takes 15-20 minutes to fix.
