Found in grocery store & decided to try it, despite being expensive. Had all the items in it that I like and am not allergic to. Comes with individual packets so can keep in purse or car, or have as a snack when hungry and don't want to eat "empty calories". Also good for quick protein or (healthier) sugar boost. Good for people with "sugar problems" (diabetic & hypoglycemic) to keep on hand, as well as people "on the run" a lot that don't always have time to sit down and eat. Enough in each packet, might be good for more than 1 snack (for some). Also, if children like what's in it, great snack-better than chips! Due to high cost, I don't eat all the time, but keep it as special treat.

The product was shipped as promised and quality was very good. Meets what I would expect. With the rise in inflation I am now questioning the value for the amount paid. Will probably only purchase if I can see a volume discounting of a larger number bringing cost down.

I have been an Amazon Prime Member for years & have used my Subscribe & Save List to find healthy choices for food products I cannot find in my local grocery store. I bought this product back in March & my Grandkids loved it, especially the dried fruit & yummy chocolate chips. I was so happy to find a healthy snack for them. This time when I purchased the product through my Subscribe & Save List in September, it was awful; it tasted like it had been sitting in a hot warehouse for months. The chocolate chips were melted into the dried fruit. In fact, they did not look or taste like chocolate chips. They were light brown, stuck to the dried fruit & tasted just like 100% brown sugar. To make things worse, I just found out that Amazon Prime does not stand behind the grocery products that are sold on its website by its A to Z guarantee. To me the biggest benefit of an Amazon Prime membership is knowing that if a product I buy from Amazon.com does not meet my expectations, Amazon will accept a return. Why should I renew my Amazon Prime Membership if other sites I purchase from offer free expedited returns? Why would I want to buy my food products from Amazon? In fact, why do I need an Amazon Prime Membership anyway?

This is a great snack product. A little expensive. I have only opened 1 package of 8 bags so far and am disappointed to find the chocolate pieces are turning white. I know they are still good to eat but I wonder how long these have been on the shelf?

Trail mix was fresh and nutritional.
