Really good flavor was actually rather surprising, I did not really expect everything in here to taste as good as it did. Not a bad thing in the bunch. You will definitely want to fill the rest of your plate with vegetables & fruit of course, as you need those nutrients you won't get from these and honestly you won't be full with JUST one of your "meals" here. So load up on the side salad and a serving of vegies and fruit and you will find the Nutri System food here is quite tasty and satisfies nicely as the center of the meal. The frozen selection is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the one that is not frozen and is well worth the few dollars difference. Seriously, you will find the frozen selection is the way to go. Packed well and arrives frozen, nice thick cooler for shipping with adequate dry ice for the transport and your food will arrive frozen solid.

Well!!! I tried it. Jenny Craig had just gone under and I needed a quick diet jump start so I tried the Nutrisystem programs that were for sale on Amazon. For the money I ordered the seven day jumpstart, frozen and seven day non-frozen and found that I was hungry all day and if you’re ok eating carbs and losing weight, then this would be a great way to lose weight but for me, I was not comfortable consuming all those carbs and everything they had was carbs and a lot of them. The frozen was a little bit better but again most of it was carbs and I found myself starved pretty much all day and initially I lost about 7 pounds but I just stopped ordering it and went back to regular food consumption and for me protein is the way to go, so no more processed food products and if you’re really into your health, I don’t really recommend these programs. Yes, you might be able to initially drop weight but it’s really no way to live your life because as soon as you stop, that’s it the weight comes back on almost immediately , our bodies are designed to eat from before and now the five food groups and carbs turn to sugars turn to fat and it’s not good proteins, vegetables, grains, fruits, and fat. That’s why Golo works so well for so many people. I just don’t enjoy cooking, but I feel much better not being on anything needs to be defrosted to eat and it is a good deal. I don’t know what it is when you order actually through their website but I imagine it’s probably a lot more so you got a look at the ingredients and the list of ingredients is pretty scary, and you wonder exactly what it is you’re really eating but they now have corn at the market and Jenny Craig is no longer in business which is a shame because they offer so many different programs and I did extremely well five years ago on their program, but it is costly and I think that’s what hurt them the most and I didn’t see them try to revamp their products to reduce the cost and keep them in business and boy was I shocked there I go to start calling my old counselor only to find out That they went out of business, but keep in mind that this is something Amazon sells. It’s not an Amazon product. Amazon does have some very good meal replacement shakes and protein bars and they’re extremely reasonable. Very low in fat high in protein, so I always make sure I’m stocked up.

Super impressed. Box arrived nearly a week ahead of EDT. Food was well packed and I was able to start the diet earlier than expected. Just ended my 1st day. All foods were very good. It came to just under 1000 calories. I added a piece of fruit to curb hunger. Also includes an app that helps you track your progress. I'll be buying again. May be next time I'll try the customer favorites ( non frozen box) . This review is for a box of frozen foods only.Update.. I've purchased this box 2x and both have met expectations. Nutrisystem has come a long way from when I last used their program. I have since joined the auto delivery. After 2wk on diet I've lost 6.7 lbs. The food is way better than it used to be. Some are outright delicious. This is motivation to continue program.

It’s a great option to be able to buy just one week of Nutrisystem if you just want to check it out or if you only have a few pounds to lose. I only needed to lose 10 lbs but I just couldn’t seem to get a good start. I’d never tried Nutrisystem before and I didn’t want or need to get into a“subscription” where they automatically send me food. Bottom line is, I lost 4 lbs on my Nutrisystem week, following it precisely and not cheating. I go to the gym 5 days a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour so that probably makes a difference. The food is pretty good, although not as appetizing looking or as tasty as Marie would have you think. I’ve had Lean Cuisine that looked and tasted better but overall the Nutrisystem Food was good. Except for the bean and beef burrito which looked kind of grey colored and tasted even worse. I threw it away. The portions are small which for me was just fine. I also bought a box of Nutrisystem Chocolate Shakes. I was pleased with those because if I got hungry, I would have a shake instead of something high calorie. I don’t know that I would want to be on Nutrisystem for a long time (although I know they have many more items than is in the one-week box). But what I got was well worth the money, I didn’t have to worry about counting calories, and I lost weight. I will buy it again in the future for a kick start if needed.

My order arrived melted and inedible…I was given the run around when I tried to replace it,Or asked for a refund.
