Is the 15 pound mace heavy enough I am 6,1 187 lbs and physically fit?

I'm 6'4 280 and do strongman and functional fitness. I use 20-30 lb for power but most of my clients use 10-15. Even a generally fit man will get a challenge out of 10-15lbs. Starting at 15 is smart as you'll out grow a 10 quickly but transition to 20 takes time. 15 and 25 are best

I swing a 30 lb regularly, but it took me years to get there. I recommend starting with a 10. Unless you use kettlebells or clubs. Then start with a 15.

The handle length with the bell together entirely 40 inches, diameter of the handle is 4.25 inches. I use this as my pre-workout and my shoulders get really ready for the heavy loads in the gym.
